- Acrylic sign can be used for opening times, display sign, birthday sign , wedding sign or any other.

LOGO

- To use your own logo we will require a vector format EPS AI or SVG.

- If you have a logo but lack a vector format, we may be able to convert it for you, or we will be able to use similar fonts to use instead - please contact us via DM on instagram to discuss this prior to ordering. 

- We cannot accept JPEG or PNG files for laser cutting. 

- If your logo was created on Canva, you’ll need a premium account to download it in SVG format. 

- Not all fonts or design elements are suitable for laser cutting due to size and thickness; delicate/thin parts may melt or break during the process. In such cases, we can engrave them and fill with color or use vinyl instead. If you are unsure, please get in touch with us and we can check this for you. 

- If you don’t have a logo yet, no worries!  We can create a sign for you using the fonts we have available. 

 

COLOURS

We are unable to colour match - we can only use the colours availble in the acrylic world. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

- If your item is received damaged you must inform us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will require images of the damaged item along with images of the shipping box in order to process a claim. 

 

REFUNDS

- Due to the nature of our personalised products, we do not offer refunds on any orders. We offer replacements where applicable, and if we have the stock required to replace or a store voucher with the value of the cost of the product. Additionally, please note that no cancellations are permitted once a order has been made.
